#### سياسة الإجازات الخاصة بك

 وفقًا لنظام العمل السعودي: يحق للموظفين الحصول على 21 يومًا من الإجازة السنوية إذا كانت مدة الخدمة أقل من 5 سنوات، و30 يومًا إذا كانت مدة الخدمة 5 سنوات أو أكثر.

 يبدأ استحقاق الإجازة السنوية فقط بعد إتمام 12 شهرًا من الخدمة.

 يجب أن تكون أيام الإجازة السنوية 21 أو 30 وفقًا لقانون العمل السعودي.

تطبيق سياسة الشركة (الاستحقاق بنظام النسبة من تاريخ البدء).

بموجب القانون، يبدأ الاستحقاق بعد 12 شهرًا من الخدمة. ويعد الاستحقاق بنظام النسبة خيارًا اختياريًا ويعتمد على سياسة الشركة.

يتم تعويض الإجازة السنوية غير المستخدمة نقدًا فقط عند إنهاء خدمة الموظف.

هذه الحاسبة متوافقة مع نظام العمل السعودي. قد يختلف الاستحقاق الفعلي حسب سياسات الشركة أو شروط العقد.

يرجى التأكد من أن تاريخ عرض الرصيد يأتي بعد تاريخ بدء الموظف.
